My new Clip seems to have music on it - why?

I bought a new 4GB Clip at Sears for a surprisingly low price.  It was not marked as being refurbished.  But there is some music on it!  Is this some sort of included sample?  Or does it mean – as I fear – that this Clip is used? (I took a screen shot of the music list, but couldn’t figure out how to attach it.)

It’s included on it…so you can pull it right out of the box and check it out…no worries:smiley:

Thanks – that’s very reassuring.  I was being to get concerned, esp. since I seem to be having other problems with the unit as well.
