My drive no longer shows up in Smartware

I have a WD My Book 4TB

I try using the WD apps (WD Security, WD Drive Utilities) They both say Please attach a supported WD drive, but its there because Im using it and I can see it on my computer. Now the Smartware App doesnt even display a target back up for it, but does for Drop Box.

Since the hard drive is still seen in Windows Explorer, have you tried re-installing all WD Apps?
