My Book not powering up

Details of drive : My Book 3TB; P/N WDBFJK0030HBK-04;
2114B Product Of Thailand.

This no longer powers up from the box it came in although when plugged in as an external it reads and the drive is password protected so I can’t see the drive partition with my files how can get access to my drive again?
