Today the My Book disappeared from my file Explorer. I ran the diagnostic program (WD Drive Utility) and it appears to be ok, How can I access the drive if it is not on my file Explorer?

Try to shut you computer down after doing this, disconnect the drive from the compute rand from the power, then boot up the computer without the drive connected and once the computer is booted up connect he drive again to the power and then to he computer, hope this helps.
