My Book filesys corrupted, Disk Management says RAW

I may have unplugged my USB 6 TB at the wrong time; now Windows 7 (or 10) won’t access it and shows RAW. I am trying the Data Lifeguard Diagnostic, and the Quick Test shows OK, but the Extended Test (going on now) says it will take 62 hours. Will this make it accessible?

I looked at the trial version of EaseUS Data Recovery utility, and it shows all files, but costs $70 to use.

What else can I do to recover data? I only need a few files, 95% were backed up.

I am using Recuva to copy the files. Then I’ll see if I can rebuild the file structure and still have data, although I won’t be dependent on that.
