Please can anyone help? I have had My Book external hard drive for a couple years, and my existing laptop has died. Bought a new laptop but cant get the hard drive to work. Have tried to download drivers, but new laptop is running Windows 7 Operating System… are there drivers available or some particular remedy, so that I can access my hundreds of photos, various documents etc and continue using My Book? So glad Ive got one, cant imagine all the precious memories I would have lost had I not stored everything there!
