Hello,

i have following problem with “My Book Essential (4TB, USB3.0) - Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit”:

Whenever i connect the external harddisk to USB3.0 port, i can read all content, but i can’t copy. Windows disconnect the device and connect again, if i start to copy files.

If i use USB2.0 port only, there is no problem.

Can someone help me?

Ah i forgot to mention:

Any other device (external drives, etc) are working fine on USB3.0
