I use My book for keep movie. My problem

  1. I use it connect to laptop and copy movie to My book some time speed tranfer it down to 300K - 1 Mb and it can’t read. After 15-30 Second it read again. This case it normaly or not.
  2. I use my laptop open movie from My book. Some time it jerk. Please recommended for this case.(Movie file it ok because i copy to my latop and open it can play normaly)
  3. I use HDD player bran name “MEDE8ER” for open movie from My book. It jerk same laptop. (Movie file it ok because i copy to my latop and open it can play normaly)

I use my book 2 week.

Please recommend WD My Book Essential use for?

I would recommend you to run ScanDisk and Defragment the drive, also you can test the drive for failures with a WD Diagnostic software available below.
