My Book Duo 12TB, can not be mounted on my MacBook Air

Hello I have problems with my 12TB My Book Duo, you can not mount on the desktop, use the software that comes with the hard drive (WD Drive Utilities) I see the hard drive connected but I can only check the status SMART and Run quick test of the unit. then I used the Apple Disk Utilities software and it only let me visualize them but I could not perform the full First Aid option.

Hi AndyRiver,

First, it is recommended to check the file format of My Book used in MacBook Air. You may check after changing the file format of My Book in HFS+ file format.
