My 8 G.B pendirve is write protected

i have purched two pedrive (Sandisk) 8 g.b , both pendirives are sawing this msg that  the disk is write protected when i am formating and also cant transfer data , may you please solve this problem.

Retrun it. There is no known way to fix it.
