I just bough 500GB WD Passport Essential Smart recently, then i copy all my movie into it. Last day, i visited my friend home, and copy some of my movies to his HDD, and some movies lost its sound, but when i try played it directly from my 500GB WD Passport Essential Smart , there is no problem. Can someone help me with this issue
