I backed up my computer the other day, i had no idea i would reset my hard drive, i had more than 500 gb worth of space saved on this drive how do i go back to hard drive with everything? on the drive it says that the hard drive is 32gb,
install the software that came with it and it should try to restore it or go buy a third party program.
I don’t quite understand what your issue is. Are you saying that running a backup removed content from or formatted your hard drive? What software did you use, and what device did you back up to? Also, please give a few more details about your computer, its HDD, and the operating system you are using.
Perhaps you should run this by Support. I would not suggest you buy anything yet.
