I just retyrped the report, as follows:

The data content is in different window which I intentionally not copied here. I hope you have any idea what the problem is. I read in the user manual that if the icon blinks white and green, there is something wrong. I did a backup last night which lasted for about 7 hours for 56 GB files.
I hope to just attached the report which I print on screen because I cannot mark, copy and paste.
I hope I can have answer thru my email also and not just on this community. I think I need tech support here but don’t know how to reach the right people to answer my problem with your product.
