everytime I start my mp3 player it automatically shuts right back down. Iv tried putting new batteries but that doesnt work, it still shut down as soon as it starts. Can anyone help?

I too have the same problem with m250. Even after replacing the battery problem continues, have sent mail to Sandisk Technical support yet to get reply. In case you got the solution, do let me know.

The same thing is happening with my m250. It’s incredibly annoying. It acts as though the battery is dead, but it’s a brand new, fully functional battery. I’m going to send a message to Sandisk, but I was checking out the forums to see if there was a solution already. I’ll update if I hear anything.
