Hi. I regularly use the vault on my SanDisk memory stick, however when I logged on recently it seemed as if I was using the vault for the first time - I was prompted for language, password, confirmation, accepting terms etc. Now I can not find my original files and I only have them backed up in encrypted format. Can you help?

Facing the same problem and Sandisk support is a waste of time.
Yeah I had the same issue. spent some time with Sandisk, and their support was nonexistent. Sounds like they’re just human FAQ’s, if you have an issue like this they don’t have the technical expertise to help you. I feel like every company’s like this now. Good luck.
