After consulting support in The Netherlands I was requested to post my idea on this forum.
When I’m uploading pictures or movie files from my mobile device (iPhone/iPad) using the My Cloud or WD Photos app the following happens. The app gives each file a new name like WD_0001.jpeg for example. Unfortunately it does this not in the original order. So all my pictures uploaded via my mobile devices are in a different order than the originals. Files uploaded via my iMac keep their original file names and for this reason also their sort order. Can this be changed in a new release of the IOS apps? So either retain their original names or assign new names in the same sort order as the original files.
