Ok. Well after letting it charge for 4 hours I got all excited about being able to play with it. However, when I plugged it into my computer it tries to install it and then says that it failed. Can anyone help me? I am using Vista.
What message does it give you? Are you using windows media player 10 or higher? If not, you should install it. Did you update the firmware to version 20?
