Issue with SanDisk Ultra USB Drive

Hello everyone,

The functionality of my SanDisk Ultra USB drive is flawed. I connect it in, but it doesn’t show up on my computer, thus I can’t view any of the stored files. The same thing occurs each time I attempt to use it on a different machine.

I have no idea what might be causing this issue. I’ve searched online for answers, but I haven’t been able to come up with anything.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with their SanDisk Ultra USB drive? If so, what was the remedy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m grateful.
