I have two SanDisk Professional 4TB ArmorATD external hard drives (SDPH81G-004T-GBAND). I have been unable to find out whether these use SMR Technology. I transfer large data sets fairly often, and want to make sure this drive will not corrupt data or slow down drastically. It did come to a stop once on a large transfer. Does anyone here have knowledge about these issues for this drive?
