Is It Possible To Copy HDDs Within PR2100

Have out grown my PR2100 with 2 2TB HDDs. I’m not sure it’s possible but want to replace one of the HDDs with an 8TB HDD then copy the contents of the 2 2Tb HDDs to it. Then after this is complete Id like to change the configuration to Raid 1.

Would rather not clone due to a high amount of unused partitioned space.

Any advice would be appreciated
