Hello, I installed my WD My Passport wrong on PC Windows 10. I hit the wrong suggestion for what I wanted my computer to do with the device and it automatically started to download my info? It did not allow me to go through the process, and was not able to register my device? Also it says Device Not Detected? I did install the WD Drive Utilities and think I earsed all the info?
Please help, thanks
