Installation readycache software problem

I’m having the same issue.  One thing to note, on device manager this is listed as SCSII instead of “SanDisk SDSSDRC032G ATA Device”.  Also, everyone on this thread seems to have this identified differently in device manager than what the FAQ states it should be in the troubleshooting section:

Check Disk drives from Device Manager to see if you can find “SanDisk SDSSDRC032G ATA Device” – http://forums.sandisk.com/t5/SanDisk-ReadyCache-SSD/SanDisk-ReadyCache-SSD-FAQ/td-p/283310

Could this be not working because of an old motherboard which treats SATA as SCSII or something other than ATA?

if you have the Intel RST 11.6 sata driver it changes the way the drive is identified and removes the 032G from the identifier. This prevents EC from installing. You will need to roll back to Intel RST 11.2. This is suppose to be fixed in the next EC software update. We have not seen a date for release.
