I’m having the same issue. One thing to note, on device manager this is listed as SCSII instead of “SanDisk SDSSDRC032G ATA Device”. Also, everyone on this thread seems to have this identified differently in device manager than what the FAQ states it should be in the troubleshooting section:

Could this be not working because of an old motherboard which treats SATA as SCSII or something other than ATA?
