I cant connect to my passport wireless

I have just bought a My Passport Wireless and can’t connect to it through the wireless connectivity because the network is asking for a network security key.

The tutorial video and the quick guide suggest this should not be the case. However, this is the first time I have used it and I have not previously entered a password, so I am not sure how this could have happened.

Is there a default password, or a factory reset?

Hello, in the manual on chapter 11 shows you how to manually reset the drive, even if you are unable to connect to it.

Thank you IIuna, the manual reset solved the problem and I have now been able to connect as expected.
