Hundreds of files not backed-up Access is Denied

I just bought the WD MyBook 4TB and started a back-up and let it run overnight. I checked this morning and I have hundreds of files that did not back-up and they are labeled “Access is Denied.” I went to several of the files and looked at the Properties and they all have the same thing “This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer.” There is an Unblock button. I’ve tried selecting multiple files but when I do that the security warning and Unblock button disappear. Is there a way to tell SmartWare to make an exception and back-up these files? It will take me hours to go to each file and unblock them.

I just bought today the WD MyBook 4TB. I’m totally frustrated. I want to back-up my system before upgrading to Win10.
