How to RMA WD Elements 8TB which was RMAed just a few months ago

I bought a WD 8TB Elements (WD80EMAZ) last February (2020) on Amazon Canada. I had to RMA it in May. Now, I have to RMA the replacement that WD sent me.

Not sure about how to go about it. I can’t fill up the registration/RMA forms because they ask location/date of purchase; since it’s a drive that I got from WD I can’t fill the fields.

What a bummer this is turning out to be!

WD80EMAZ is a Rebadged HGST Ultrastar 7K8 / DC HC320 models, so, enterprise drives (that DO NOT PASS quality control??): The HDD Platter Capacity Database: Western Digital - 3.5" (RE/Gold/Se/Black/Red/"Internal Use")

This drives are usually used inside EXTERNAL ENCLOSURES (Ex: Elements).

Bellow 8TB, WD uses even worse drives (SMR drives)

When you bought it, how it was classified? (what line of WD was it?)
