How to delete all files from one computer on backup drive

Hi there,

I have backed up several computers on one passport essential se drive using smartware.  The drive is pretty much full and I no longer need the backup for one of the computers and would like to delete this to reclaim some space on the drive.

I tried deleting the entire folder for that computer found within the WD SmartWare.swstor folder, but I get an error message indicating “Folder Access Denied.  You require permission from administrators to make changes to this folder”. 

How else could I delete this computer’s files from my backup drive?  I don’t see any options within the software itself to allow deleting.

Try reconnecting to the PC the file came from. You might go into properties and try changing the permissions.
