How to deconstruct RAID 5?

I’m on Mac OS Sierra and I want to be able to use all 36TB of the Shuttle XL I just purchased. At the moment there’s only 30 TB available. All I’ve found online are instructions on how to set up RAID, but not how to deconstruct it.

If someone can please point me to instructions that would be much appreciated.
