I have two passport drives. One won’t open without the WD Smartware and password. The password pages opens automatically when I plug in the drive. Good.
I have a second drive that I was sharing initially but now I want to password protect. The drive icon pops up in the desktop immediately. I want to add password protection but the WD Smartware doesn’t recognize the drive for me to go in and change settings.
How do I get the Smartware to recognize the second drive and automatically open when I plug it in? Thanks,
