How do I Transfer My Game Apps from Ipad Air or Kindle Fire HDX to My Passport Wireless Drives

Hello all.  I got the Wireless Drive to allow additional space for more game apps on my Ipad Air and Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.  I have not been able to figure out how to transfer the game apps to the wireless drive to prevent my tablets from running out of space.  I know the drive will backup photos, documents, and movies/videos with no issues but I do not keep those types of files on my tablets.  Any suggestions or ideas on how to expand the storage space of my tablets so I can install more game apps and overflow the apps I have (but don’t play as much) to my wireless hard drive?

Not really practical. In theory, you could store the APKs for android apps on the drive, but you can’t run apps from there. You’d have to delete and reinstall the app every time.

Thanks for the reply.  Looks like my options are limited for running apps from the hard drive.  At best I’m going to see if I can backup games that I am not actively playing but have saved progress (that is not backed up to some sort of cloud storage); perhaps I can use “Copy Trans Control Center” to backup the apps, then uninstall the ones I’m not actively playing to free up space.  Of course I’d have to reinstall the game to my tablet when I free up space and am ready to use the app again.  I see no other option unless Kindle and Ipad’s offered microsd card storage expansion (but then they’d lose profit from people who refuse to get the largest drive space in favor of microsd storage cards).
