How different between WD My Passport and WD Elements? Which should I buy

Can anybody show me how different between WDBBEP0010BBL-NESN (WD 1TB My Passport USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive) and WDBUZG0010BBK-NESN (WD 1TB Elements Portable Hard Drive)? 

I usually backup files and work on several operating systems such as Mac, PC and some Linux distros. I’d like to have fast reading / writing speed because I often move huge files/folders which are more than 2GB+ up. 

Which one should I buy?
