I’m trying to back up a Windows 7 computer using Macrium Reflect & my Passport before upgrading to Windows 10.
I was able to image the 750 gb C drive , but I also want to back up the 894 gb D drive.The Passport has 931gb of space left, but it’s grayed out. Is it not possible to back up the D drive to that space? Maybe this is a dumb question, but if I reformatted the Passport & tried to put both the C&D drives on one partition , is it possible to keep them separate & not merged?

We would recommend you run a diagnostic test on the drive using WD Drive utilities software to determine the optimal health of the drive by following the KBA article: How to Install and Use WD Security and WD Drive Utilities Features
