The Computer is running Vista.
I have a SansaExpress 2g
The computer doesn’t tries to update the driver and fails.
I tried to update the firmware and the player is in the wrong mode.
I can’t switch modes because the battery is dead.
I can’t charge the battery because I can’t install the drivers.
wash rinse repeat
