First and foremost, Good Morning, Afternoon, or Good Evening to you. I had my external hardrive and it hasn’t been showing up on anybodies computers! I was told to initialize it, but I don’t know how to do that either if it’s not showing up! It stopped working after I plugged it into a Macintosh (I guess I wasn’t suppose to do that), and I was wondering how can I get my files off of it so I don’t have to get them off my old virus infested PC, and how can I fix it? PLEASE HELP!!!
