As if Google didn’t already know everything about you, now they’ll be joining forces with the NSA. The article says 

“The arrangement is reportedly being designed to allow the two groups to
share information without violating Google’s privacy policies or laws
governing online communications.”

They probably want access so they can see who is googling “how to make an underwear bomb”.
