For some reason my windows pc can’t see the drives in Disk Management but they can be seen in the sandisk software? At first, one drive could be seen in file explorer. I put the drives on my tower computer and deleted the partitions, re-created and formatted. They still can’t be seen. I ordered a new cable it’s coming tm bc the support guy seemed to think it might be something to do with the cable. The tower is TB 3 and laptop TB 4. Any ideas? Thanks.
