Hi I’m trying to find a manual for the G-Raid Shuttle 4 - 80TB we have bought. I’d like to know how to safely shutdown the drive and how to add a password to protect the drive. We have the G-Raid Software Utility installed but there is no help PDF guide. Please can you also tell me what does LD0 synchronisation mean? We have already copied a load of files to the drive, but I read you should run the synchronisation before you copy any data. Your help would be much appreciated.
