G-RAID shuttle 4 and ubuntu 22.04.2

I have ubuntu 22.04.2 and Sandisk G-RAID shuttle 4. connect can find device information, but can’t find some devices in /dev/.
where download linux driver or give some configset parameters to set this deivce like datadisk or net?
