And as for the fans - did you make sure that you do not create air vortices that will cause improper movement of the air and hence warming in the case ?!
It is also advisable to make sure by hand pumping / exhaling the ventilation developers and verifying that they conform to the AIR-FLOW design in the chassis.
Same issue i faced where i returned to store.
