Format 2TB WD elements

To format my 2 TB WD Elements external Storage, instructions say in DIsk Management, right click on the drive and a pop-up menu should appear with New Simple Storage option. My pop-up menu does not have that option. The only option lit is to Convert to Dynamic Disk, Properties and Help

HI,
I suggest you go to Disk Management, right click on it and select Help. That will take you online to Microsoft Disk Management Help and lots of help… Make sure you are logged-in as Administrator.
