Hello, this is odd folders i want to access badly all of the sudden are short cuts and don’t open can i get some help on how to fix this!
I went to a cloud account of mine and went to upload something and last directory was a folder that’s one i want to access so their still there so what’s going on!

Maybe you uploaded those files to the cloud account you are mentioning?
It is strange, only thing i could think is maybe a virus.
