First restore using WD Passport to new computer

Installed WD to computer one and did full back up. This computer onWindows 10.

Move to new computer- also windows 10- Install drive and software (this install using USB 3 if it makes a difference).

On new computer when in WD Backup and I click Restore- it says nothing to restore. When I explore the drive files the back up is there.

Question how can I restore to new computer?

What am I missing

Hello,

You can restore the files manually.
Go to the backup folder called “WDBackup.Swstor”. From here you can browse for your files and copy/paste them to your new computer.
