I download films (mostly .avi) and save on to My Passport in the Video drive. When I plug My Passport into the WD gizmo attached to my TV, I see all sorts of files in the Video section including non-.avi files. But when I plug My Passport back into the computer, I only see .avi files in the Video section and can’t find the other formats to either delete them (someare ppt, some are videos I made with my digital camera) or convert (in some cases) to .avi. Very confused, please help, thanks 
Hi there, did you check if those are hidden system files related to either the drive or the file system? If they are, they should be left alone…
