Faulting drive, or at least I think

I have a 4 year old G Speed Q 8TB RAID 5 and I believe two out of the 4 drives are going to go out on me soon. All four lights should be bright blue BUT two of the drives are very light blue. Is that an indication that those two drives are going out soon?

Not necessarily, It could just be the angle of view or the LEDs could be fading due to age. There are no indicators of incoming failure other than perhaps performance loss. The controller in the Q cannot tell if a drive is failing until it fails fully.
