I’ve been looking all over the website on how to reset the factory settings and trying to find the software that came with it. I also looked through the forum and found one topic for reseting the device but noeone gave a description.
What is the model number of your Passport? No past or present Passport has a factory reset switch like those you would find on our network drives. However, you can reformat the drive and then download the software that we bundled with it.
