I recently purchased 4 x 8TB Easystore external drives for my NAS system.
When I removed these from the external case, 2 of the drives were Red drives (WD80EFAX) and 2 were white labeled (WD80EMAZ) drives.
Are these the same?? I’m sure they’d be ok mixed together my NAS system but I’d really prefer identical drives.
Anyway I can be sure of getting 2 Reds if I order 2 more (aside from buying 2 higher priced internal Red drives!)? The box tags seem identical.
