Help! My mother has 5, yes 5 Clips! Recently 3 of them have “lost” the outer rim for the ear phone port so the ear phones dont work unless the wire is hel or wiggled. Is there any way I can get replacements?? Please please help, shes lost without it.
Replacement players? Yes.
Replacement headphone jacks (or related parts)? No.

Maybe you could get her a GPS for Christmas. 
the headphone port solder contacts probably need resoldering. There is no outter rim to the phone port.
