I have a 1 TB external drive and I dropped it. Now it does not work. Any suggestions? My life is on this thing. It makes a noise like its TRYING to kick over, but nothing. HELP!!
Well unless you want to spend big bucks $800 up you’re out of luck. Never trust important data to just one drive internal or external no matter who makes it. Tipping one over on it’s side from a standing position can damage them.
