Ive tried searching for something to help me get an answer, but I can’t find anything. I might be bad at searching, so IF there is a topic that answers my question; Sorry… 
But the thing is this:
I got a folder on my WD Wireless PRO that I use while I am out in the field shooting videos and photos. This is where I back up my SD cards, and drops videos from my phone, just to have them secured.
Back home, I copy this folder, and paste it into my Dropbox that I have already connected to my Wireless pro.
So far so good…
Then, this should be a matter between my WD Wireless PRO, and dropbox, right? So there should be no need for my phone to be active or be a part of this transfer…?
But it seems like that if I run the My Cloud in the background, or lock my phone - the transfer stops… is that right? Do a actually need to have my phone open, have my My Cloud app running, and can’t do anything on my phone while the file is being uploaded to Dropbox, even tho the file is on my drive, and Dropbox is on the internet? Shouldn’t be needing to have my phone open for that, right? Or am I missing something?
