Drive keeps shutting down

I have set libraries up to run on on the My Passport Wireless.

For some reason, though, it seems to go off-line, and it takes ages, and physical intervention to get it back on-line.

This is OK if it is on battery, but, when it is plugged into the mains, I’d like it to be available all the time.

Is there something I can set to stop it going to sleep like this?

That’s odd – mine has been up for two weeks on main power with no shutdown.

Are you running current firmware?

Yes, I installed the latest firmware.

Are using it stand alone or is is connected to the home network?  Mine is, and no problems.  It will go into a sleep mode when inactive, but it wakes up fairly quickly.
